Account Managers

Reporting to a Group Account Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of industry clients with their primary focus being their ability to build client relationships and ensure that client expectations are exceeded.

Job Specification

Operationalisation and management of the data management process, analysis and feedback of information to various Manufacturer sales and marketing management Clients and onsite servicing of Clients as assigned.

Requirements

Education

As a minimum requirement, a tertiary qualification (BComm or equivalent). A further tertiary qualification would be an advantage, but is not a necessary requirement.

Experience

At least 2 years FMCG experience gained either in a Sales or Marketing role with knowledge and experience in using FMCG data (either Synovate Aztec or ACNielsen).

Skills Additional Requirements

Account Executive – Client Services (2 positions available)

Reporting to an Account Manager, the Account Executive will receive comprehensive training and become part of the Client Service team in professionally supporting and servicing the team’s clients by analysing, reporting and presenting retailer electronic point of sale information.

Job Specification

Oversee the data management process and assistance in the analysis and feedback of information to various Clients (FMCG and/or Retail), and onsite servicing of Clients as assigned.

Requirements

Education

As a minimum requirement, a tertiary qualification (BComm or equivalent). A further tertiary qualification would be an advantage, but is not a necessary requirement.

Experience

Two years working experience in a professional team orientated environment with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite specifically Excel. Experience does not necessarily have to be industry related, but previous FMCG, Market Research or Retail related experience would be a distinct advantage.

Client Service Support Analyst (1 position available)

Based in Cape Town and reporting to an Account Director/Manager, the Client Service Support Analyst supports the Client Service Team by preparing the data for analysis and reporting.

Job Specification

Support the Client Service teams by uploading, maintaining and checking the data in the store level databases in preparation for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Education

As a minimum requirement, a Matric Certificate (Grade 12) with Maths preferably on HG. An additional tertiary qualification in Information Technology would be an advantage, but is not a necessary requirement.

Experience

Experience in computer operating systems with proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite specifically Excel is a minimum requirement as well as several years of work experience in a professional team orientated environment. A sound knowledge of data and IT systems would be beneficial as well as previous experience working with Microsoft SQL database technology.

Junior Developer – Cape Town

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Junior Developer will be responsible for assisting the IT team in the development of C# and VB .Net applications on Microsoft SQL Server databases as assigned.
